Outstanding experience with Alpha Floral yesterday. A friend’s father passed away the day before, so we wanted her to get her something uplifting right away. (We live in different cities.) Within 2 hours of me placing the order online, she had the most gorgeous arrangement delivered to her door! I was so relieved because I almost booked another florist online. Fortunately, something told me to read the reviews first. Turns out that other “local florist” wasn’t even in the same state! Alpha takes things a step above because they text you a photo of your arrangement before it’s delivered. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that level of customer service. It's always dicey ordering flowers online, when you can't see the finished product. Alpha Floral solves this issue by texting the client a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. The flowers were perfect. Delivery was quick and the recipient noted how sweet the delivery person was (he even gave her puppy a treat). I'm very happy with the service and quality of my transaction with Alpha Floral. Highly recommend.
